Siddartha Mohanadoss a94f4a9cec iio: adc: Add ADC5 driver snapshot
ADC5 peripheral is used by client to read VADC
channels. Clients include reading vph_pwr and on board
system thermistors used for thermal mitigation.
Register ADC5 peripheral with IIO framework.

This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.14
'commit <ab8d48dd> ("Merge "diag: Increase the
MHI buffer size to 4k"")'.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
