d266babbcf defconfig: lito: Enable rtc config flag for lito 
The patch enables rtc driver for lito by enabling

ea1014a3f4 defconfig: lito: Enable diag driver and dependencies 
Enable diag driver which provides diagnostic
communication to peripherals and user space clients.
Also enables dependent configs POWER_RESET_QCOM and
QCOM_DLOAD_MODE.

245298010a defconfig: lito: Disable thermal driver 
thermal driver has dependency on schedular APIs which are not yet
present on msm-4.19. Disable the thermal driver to fix compilation
errors.
