input: misc: aw8697_haptic: Stay quiet when we're not debugging, please

* This driver abuses pr_info() and pr_err() a lot for printing
  debugging purpose messages, thus making dmesg full of those
* It'd be a big task to resolve all of these properly, let's
  simply just NOP out the print functions
